从1957年1月到9月的九个月时間里,我院在藥品器材的节約工作上巳获得了一些成就,共节約人民幣29,200余元。现將点滴經驗介紹如下:(一)严格管理制度,加强工作責任心,合理使用藥材:1.各科室訂出了本單位藥材的具体管理和使用办法,例如指定專人負賣、严格交接班手續、实行各种保养办法等,因而藥品的風化、潮解、丟失、过期失效等現象已經根除,器材的損坏有了减少。仅以注射器、体溫表和橡皮手套三項器材的損坏数
