检测了46例脑胶质瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞计数、淋巴细胞亚群、淋巴细胞转化试验(LTT),同时对34例脑胶质瘤局部浸润的单个核细胞进行了现察,结果发现患者外周血淋巴细胞数量、CD3、CD4亚群、CD4/CD8比值、LTT等指标明显低于正常人。胶质瘤局部浸润的CD4亚群淋巴细胞数目明显少于CD8亚群、CD4/CD8比值为0.79±0.11.显著低于正常。34例胶质瘤中仅有3~4例检测出Ki-67、HLA-Dr、CD25阳性T细胞、CD20阳性B细胞和CD56阳性NK细胞,提示参与胶质瘤局部抗肿瘤免疫的主要是T淋巴细胞,而且大多处于非活化状态,NK细胞活性降低。
