本文对热轧钢板优化剪切系统中控制摄象机抓拍图象的到位探测进行了讨论,分析了摄象触发参数:到位信号探测位置和延时时间的确定问题.为这两个参数同时对于速度在大范围内变化的钢板头部和尾部的兼容性设计提供了理论依据,模拟实验证明;以此为依据而设计的到位触发装置既保证了系统可靠性又降低了系统的硬成本。
In this paper, the spot detection of the snap shot image of the controlled camera in the optimized shear system of hot rolled steel plate is discussed. The trigger parameters of imaging are analyzed: the detection position and the delay time of the in-position signal are analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for the compatibility of these two parameters to both the head and the tail of the steel plate which vary in speed over a large range. Simulation results show that the in-position trigger designed on the basis of the above parameters not only ensures the reliability of the system but also reduces The system’s hard costs.
