河北省中低产田占总耕地７２．４％，低、中、高产田比例为：３５．８％、３６．６％、２７．６％。中低产田占耕地比重：坝上高原１００％、低平原区８２．５％、山地丘陵区８１．５６％、滨海区６６．９％、山前平原３９．１％。中低产田主要成因：水肥条件差、科技水平低、自然条件劣。中低产田潜力巨大，但单位资源产出效率不及高产田，故要注意协调发展，增强总体效果，在指导开发中要协调高、中、低，稳抓黑龙港，重视山前区，改善山海坝。
The middle and low yield farmlands in Hebei Province account for 72.4% of the total arable land, and the proportions of low, medium and high yield fields are 35.8%, 36.6% and 27.6% respectively. The proportion of middle and low-yielding arable land accounts for 100% of the dam plateau, 82.5% of the low plains, 81.56% of the mountainous hilly areas, 66.9% of the coastal areas and 39.1% of the piedmont plain. The main causes of low-yielding fields: poor water and fertilizer conditions, low level of science and technology, poor natural conditions. Medium and low-yield fields have great potential, but unit resources yield less efficient than high-yield fields, so we should pay attention to coordinated development and enhance the overall effect. In guiding and developing, we must coordinate high, medium, low and steady Heilonggang, attach importance to mountain areas, dam.
