采用里氏硬度计和布氏硬度及分别对WB36钢弯头的硬度进行了测量,将里氏硬度计测量结果转换为布氏硬度进行了对比,结果表明里氏硬度计的测量结果偏低。对WB36钢弯头取样进行金相检验和常温力学性能试验,金相检验结果表明WB36钢弯头为典型的F+B组织,力学性能试验结果表明WB36钢弯头均合格。分析了材料的强度与硬度之间的关系,对管件的硬度验收标准进行了初步探讨。
The hardness of WB36 steel elbow was measured by using Leeb hardness tester and Brinell hardness respectively. The results of the measurement of the Leeb hardness tester were compared with Brinell hardness. The results show that the measurement results of the Leeb hardness tester are low. WB36 steel elbow sampling metallographic examination and mechanical properties at room temperature test, metallographic examination showed that the WB36 steel elbow is a typical F + B organization, the mechanical properties of the test results show that the WB36 steel elbow were qualified. The relationship between the strength and the hardness of the material was analyzed, and the hardness acceptance criteria of the pipe were discussed.
