我场过去曾用车床加工轴瓦,质量不佳。因瓦片的规格要求很严,加工时中心线稍有出入,镟削出来的瓦片合金厚薄偏差就很大,无法使用而成废品。且校正中心的工作很费时间,镟出的瓦片又无十分把握,也常因此而耽误修理工作。这次在上级‘质量第一’的号召下,全厂职工发挥了集体智慧,制造出来一种专用工具,圆满地解决了轴瓦的加工问题。使用该工具加工轴瓦,既快又好,一台德特拖拉机的连桿瓦,只需20—30分钟即可在车床上加工完毕。合金厚薄一致,没有锥度和椭圆度,
