本文在评价托马斯和约翰逊的两个不同的冲突处理模型的基础上,提出了基于“目标重要性”与“力量对比”两项因素的关于冲突当事人对冲突处理方式的选择的2维模型,并讨论了9种不同的冲突处理方式。
On the basis of evaluating Thomas and Johnson’s two different conflict handling models, this paper proposes a two-dimensional model based on the two factors of “objective importance” and “power comparison” concerning the choice of the parties to the conflict in handling conflicts. Discussed nine different ways of handling conflicts.
