在VC++6.0平台上,开发了一套基于MFC对话框和Open GL图形库相结合的关节臂式坐标测量机三维图形仿真软件,建立一个功能完整的仿真平台。针对关节臂式坐标测量机,建立其运动学模型,实现坐标定位。软件中加入了视角视距的调整和初始视口重置的功能,从而能够多方位观察模型。该仿真软件能够检测测量机的碰撞情况,而且对于测量机的工作空间形态都有直观显示,为研究人员后续的编程提供依据。
On the platform of VC ++ 6.0, a 3D simulation software of articulated arm coordinate measuring machine based on MFC dialog box and OpenGL is developed, and a complete simulation platform is built. For the articulated arm CMM, the kinematics model is established to realize the coordinate positioning. The software incorporates the ability to adjust the viewing distance and the initial viewport reset so that the model can be viewed in many directions. The simulation software can detect the collision of the measuring machine, and has an intuitive display of the working space shape of the measuring machine, providing the basis for the researchers to follow-up programming.
