目的 探讨经皮肺癌局部置管微泵持续化疗的可行性及其疗效。方法 在CT导引下,应用特制穿刺套针及导管,对3例肺鳞癌晚期患者(T3N2M1)进行肺癌局部置管术。选用MVP方案用微量输液泵持续局部高浓度化疗4天。结果 3例患者均部分缓解,无并发症及明显药物毒副反应,患者生活质量得到提高。结论 经皮肺癌局部置管微泵持续化疗可显著降低药物的毒副作用,在提高化疗效果,提高患者的生活质量方面,优于静脉化疗和支气管动脉介入治疗。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of micro-pump continuous chemotherapy for percutaneous lung cancer. Methods Under the guidance of CT, 3 cases of advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma (T3N2M1) were treated with local catheterization using a special puncture trocar and catheter. The MVP protocol was used to continue local high-concentration chemotherapy with a micro-infusion pump for 4 days. Results All patients were partially relieved without complications and significant drug toxicity. The quality of life of patients was improved. Conclusion Percutaneous micro-pump continuous chemotherapy for percutaneous lung cancer can significantly reduce the toxic and side effects of drugs. It is superior to intravenous chemotherapy and bronchial artery intervention in improving the efficacy of chemotherapy and improving the quality of life of patients.
