科技型小微企业以其创新活力,成为社会主义市场经济的推动力之一,但科技型小微企业高投入、高风险、高回报的特征,注定企业资金需求量大,融资相对困难。本文从河北省科技型小微企业自身发展阶段与融资模式的匹配情况以及企业外部融资环境剖析科技型小微企业融资难的背后原因,最后从融资模式上给出相应完善对策。 Small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises have become one of the driving forces of the socialist market economy with their innovative vitality. However, the high investment, high-risk and high-return characteristics of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises are doomed to have large capital demands and are facing relatively difficult financing. This paper analyzes the reasons behind the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized S & T enterprises in Hebei Province based on the matching between their own development stage and financing mode and the external financing environment of Hebei Province. At last, this article gives the corresponding countermeasures from the financing mode.
