目的:比较不同手机运动软件与K4b2测量人体步行运动能耗的差异。方法:受试者为南京体育学院大学生16名。受试者佩戴手机并同时开启咕咚运动、益动GPS、Runtastic、Run Keeper 4款手机运动软件以正常步行速度围绕400m操场步行4圈。同时采用间接测热法K4b2测量受试者步行的能耗。结果:4款手机运动软件测量的能耗与K4b2能耗值的差异具有显著性。结论:咕咚运动、益动GPS、Runtastic、Run Keeper 4款手机运动软件均不能准确测量20~23年龄段人群的步行运动能量消耗。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the energy consumption differences between different mobile phone sports softwares and K4b2 in measuring walking activities. Methods: The subjects were 16 from Nanjing Institute of Physical Education. Subjects wearing mobile phones and at the same time to open the fight, GPS, Runtastic, Run Keeper 4 mobile sports software at normal walking speed around the 400m playground 4 laps. At the same time, K4b2 was used to measure the energy consumption of walking. Results: The difference between the measured power consumption and K4b2 energy consumption of the four mobile phone softwares was significant. CONCLUSION: Four mobile sports softwares, Mobile GPS, Runtastic and Run Keeper, can not accurately measure the walking exercise energy expenditure of 20 to 23-year-olds.
