Candida albicans exist in two forms of spore phase and mycelial phase, the two morphologies are one of the important factors that change to Candida albicans virulence. Candida albicans cell wall is not only associated with fungal bipolar and host-related interactions, or the role of some antifungal agents. In this paper, we cloned the gene encoding the cell wall components of Candida albicans to determine the function of various components in the cell wall. The mR-NA was extracted from C. albicans spores and mycelia, respectively. The cDNA was synthesized and then integrated into phage λgt11 to construct two cDNA libraries (y-cDNA was derived from spore mRNA and m-cDNA was from mycelium) The cDNA library is 45,000 recombinant clones and the m-cDNA library is
