目的:对门诊西药药房药品管理和发放差错展开分析,为今后的门诊西药房药品管理工作提供参考。方法:选择2008年--2011年门诊西药房管理和发放差错事件作为研究对象,统计各项问题的错误类型,采取针对性的方式来解决。结果:经过长期努力,我院门诊西药房药品管理和发放差错分析逐年减少。2008年的药品差错为28起(18.9%),剂量差错为16起(10.8%),剂型差错为9起(6.0%),时效差错为2起(1.4%)。结论:门诊西药房药品管理需从客观角度出发,充分总结发放差错原因,采取针对性措施处理,长期落实,才能在今后的工作当中,减少不必要的问题,实现一个更大的进步。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the drug administration and distribution error of outpatient western medicine pharmacy and provide references for future drug administration of outpatient western pharmacy. Methods: From 2008 to 2011, outpatient western pharmacy management and issuance of error events were selected as the research objects, the types of errors in each question were statistically analyzed, and targeted solutions were adopted. Results: After long-term efforts, the error analysis of drug administration and distribution in outpatient western pharmacies decreased year by year. There were 28 drug abuse errors (18.9%) in 2008, 16 dose errors (10.8%), 9 dosage forms (6.0%) and 2 time-effect errors (1.4%). Conclusion: Outpatient western pharmacy drug administration needs to proceed from an objective point of view, fully summarize the reasons for the issuance of errors, and take targeted measures to deal with them and implement them in the long term. Only in this way can we reduce unnecessary problems and achieve even greater progress.
