目的以甲基丙烯酸树脂Eudragit NE30D作为包衣材料,制备对乙酰氨基酚包衣缓释微丸。方法采用滚动凝聚法制备了对乙酰氨基酚素丸,采用包衣锅滚转法对素丸进行包衣制备缓释微丸。用释放度测定法考察影响药物释放的各种影响因素。结果包衣增重和致孔剂用量是影响药物释放的关键因素,所制微丸具有明显的缓释特性。结论以甲基丙烯酸树脂Eudragit NE30D作为包衣材料所得缓释微丸符合12h缓释要求。
OBJECTIVE To prepare acetaminophen coated sustained-release pellets using methacrylic resin Eudragit NE30D as a coating material. Methods Paracetamol pellets were prepared by rolling agglomeration method. Pellets of pellets were prepared by the coating pan rolling method. The release of determination of various influencing factors of drug release. Results The weight gain of coating and the amount of porogen were the key factors affecting the drug release. The prepared pellets had obvious sustained-release properties. Conclusion The sustained-release pellets with methacrylic resin Eudragit NE30D as coating material meet the requirements of 12h sustained release.
