对冶炼方法不同、硼含量不同的中碳硼钢40MnB所进行的研究结果表明,利用两次淬火处理可以显著提高硼钢的冲击韧性而不降低其强度和塑性。确定了40MnB钢的最佳两次淬火温度,观察了两次淬火处理中显微组织和硼相数量、尺寸等的变化,证明由于一次淬火使硼相充分固溶,二次淬火细化组织,因而使硼钢的韧性提高,获得良好的综合力学性能。
For the different smelting methods, the boron content of different medium boron steel 40MnB carried out by the research results show that the use of two quenching can significantly improve the impact toughness of boron steel without reducing the strength and plasticity. The optimal quenching temperature of 40MnB steel was determined. The changes of the microstructure and the amount and size of the boron phase in the two quenching treatments were observed. It was proved that the boron phase was fully dissolved by one quenching and the secondary quenched refine the microstructure. So that the toughness of boron steel to improve, access to good overall mechanical properties.
