人的学习与成长过程就是一个智力与非智力因素交互作用的过程,其中非智力因素起重要作用。部分高职高专学生由于学习基础差,面对严峻的就业形势,自信心不足,导致存在悲观消极的心理。?本文将从兴趣和动机、情感、意志、性格等方面来探讨如何在高职高专公共英语教学中,培养学生的非智力因素,使他们成为具有健全人格和强烈社会责任感的人。
Human learning and growth process is a process of interaction between intelligence and non-intelligence factors, of which non-intelligence factors play an important role. Part of the higher vocational college students due to poor learning foundation, the face of severe employment situation, lack of self-confidence, leading to the existence of pessimistic negative psychology. This article will explore how to cultivate students’ non-intellectual factors in public English teaching in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of interest and motivation, emotion, volition and character, and make them become people with sound personality and strong sense of social responsibility.
