对双后肢遭受高速枪弹伤后早期狗血浆、脑脊髓液(CSF)及脑匀浆中血管活性肠肽(VIP)、血管紧张素Ⅰ(AⅠ)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)等肽类物质进行动态监测。发现:(1)血浆VIP、AⅠ和AⅡ含量伤后30min开始升高,至伤后4h仍持续显著升高,其伤后最高值分别为伤前值的2.9、11.5及4.9倍;(2)CSF中VIP含量在伤后4 h显著升高,但AⅠ和AⅡ有一过性降低;(3)脑匀浆VIP和AⅡ的含量与它们在CSF中的变化基本一致。上述研究结果的意义值得进一步探索。
In the early dogs, the peptides of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), angiotensin Ⅰ (AⅠ) and angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ) in plasma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) Dynamic monitoring. The results showed that: (1) The content of VIP, AⅠ and AⅡ in plasma began to increase 30min after injury, and continued to increase significantly 4h after injury. The highest values of injury were 2.9, 11.5 and 4.9 times of those before injury respectively. (2) VIP content in CSF significantly increased at 4 h after injury, but AⅠ and AⅡ had a transient decrease; (3) The contents of VIP and AⅡ in brain homogenate were almost the same as those in CSF. The significance of the above findings deserves further exploration.
