工学博士Schmidtmann教授于1981年7月16日在杜塞尔多夫举行的西德钢铁工程师协会材料委员会焊接分会会议上,做了题为“热影响区组织对高强度细晶粒结构钢焊接接头韧性的影响”的报告,全文刊登于Stahl und Eisen,1983,103,275~280。该文就众所嘱目的焊接结构安全使用问题,对热影响区的组织和性能进行了研究,研究结论对保证目前广泛使用的StE355及460钢的质量、制定合理的制造工艺和评价结构的安全性,提供了技术依据。文章主要内容如下。
Prof. Schmidtmann, a professor of engineering, gave a speech titled “Heat affected zone organization to weld high-strength fine grain structural steel welded joints at the meeting of Welding Committee of Material Committee of West German Iron and Steel Institute in Düsseldorf on July 16, Toughness ”, published in Stahl und Eisen, 1983, 103, 275-280. This paper studies the structure and performance of heat-affected zone (HAZ) for the purpose of using the welded structure safely. The conclusions of the study are as follows: To ensure the quality of StE355 and 460 steel widely used nowadays, to develop reasonable manufacturing process and to evaluate the structural safety Sex, provided a technical basis.
