目的:寻求最佳的小鼠结肠癌肝转移模型为基因表达谱检测提供足够组织量。方法:选用BALB/C小鼠,采用脾脏注射切脾法和脾脏注射保脾法2种方法制造结肠癌肝转移模型,比较小鼠肝转移情况。结果:2组肝转移率均为100%,但保脾组转移瘤较小无法满足较大组织量的需要。结论:脾脏注射切脾法制造小鼠结肠癌肝转移模型是基因表达谱检测取材的最佳造模方法。
OBJECTIVE: To find the best mouse model of liver metastasis in colorectal cancer to provide enough tissue for gene expression profiling. Methods: BALB / C mice were selected. Two methods of spleen injection and spleen injection to protect the liver from liver metastasis were used to compare the liver metastasis of mice. Results: The rates of liver metastases in both groups were 100%, but the metastatic tumors in the spleen-retaining group were small and could not meet the needs of larger organizations. Conclusions: The model of hepatic metastasis of mouse colon cancer produced by spleen injection and splenectomy is the best model for gene expression profiling.
