法学教育专业成为国家教育部的紧控专业,是各级各类学校都在开设法学专业的必然结果。多层次的办学使法学教育出现了混乱的局面,目前,普通高校本科法学教育中存在着很多问题,法学教育的质量有待提高。针对当前法学教育中存在的偏差,指出其存在的主要问题,并提出了改进的相关思路,希冀借此抛砖引玉,引发普通高校法学教育的重新定位和改革。
The law education major has become the tightly controlled profession of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, which is the inevitable result of the establishment of law major at all levels of schools. There are many problems in law education in undergraduate education in ordinary colleges and universities. The quality of legal education needs to be improved. In view of the current deviation of legal education, the paper points out the main problems of its existence, and puts forward the relevant ideas for improvement. In the hope of giving some advice, it will lead to the reorientation and reform of law education in ordinary universities.
