February 1982, some holding furnace vacuum equipment installed into a ladle furnace. Since then, the study of refining effects has focused primarily on the stirring of argon during vacuum processing. The study found that the degree of degassing and desulfurization monotonically increased with increasing agitation energy; at the same time, the degree of deoxidation initially increased with increasing agitation energy and then decreased with higher agitation energy. Through the application of Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF), the complete set of process regulations for ultra-low phosphorus and sulfur steel production have been established. In addition, this article addresses the issue of eliminating traces of arsenic, tin and antimony.
