发电计划安全校核及优化调整是电力调度管理方面的传统课题,华东区域电力市场运营对这一课题提出了新的要求,本文在综合考虑新的需求基础上,开发了一套针对华东区域电力市场中省(市)级调度交易中心应用的安全校核及校正系统。系统所需的网络拓扑、机组参数、发电计划、母线负荷、联络线潮流、检修计划、稳定限额等数据均采用XML文件为媒介,系统自动从调度实时信息平台读取这些文件,经解析、等值和转换处理,建立计算模型,依照市场规则进行安全校核和校正计算并向市场上传校正计算结果,作为市场竞价出清的约束条件。此外,系统在模型建立及图形显示、平衡节点选择、联络线计划处理、母线分裂运行、应急运行方案等方面也具有特色。
