本实验研究结果显示:乳腺舒通具有对抗戊酸雌二醇致大鼠、已烯雌酚致小鼠乳腺增生的作用,还具有抗炎、镇痛、促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、抑制小鼠移植性实体瘤S_(180)、EAC—S的生长等作用。这些作用可能是其临床治疗乳腺增生病有较好疗效的药理学基础。
The experimental results show that: Shutong has a protective effect against estradiol valerate-induced rat mammary gland hyperplasia induced by diethylstilbestrol, as well as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Suppression of transplanted solid tumor S180 (180), EAC-S growth and other effects. These effects may be the pharmacological basis of its clinical efficacy in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.
