完成一项高质量的行动研究,所需的不仅仅是个人的努力和智慧,更需要的是集体的力量和和团队协作。教学新课改理念迫切需要教师之间合作,需要教师相互借鉴,共同探讨,构建合作型学科组。要打造合作型学科组,必须要立足于学科组文化建设的基础上,它是学科组及学科组成员教育活动及其研究成果经过岁月打磨自觉或不自觉地积累或凝结的结果。而且,稳定的学科组文化一旦形成,它将对身处于学科组文化氛围之中的每个教师的发展具有巨大的推动作用。另一方面,学科组运行发展的内在机理也会相应形成,从根本上指引着学科组的前进方向。因此,结合教师行动研究,从范式的角度,本文探索如何实现学科组的文化转型,对构建合作型学科组提出笔者的建议和观点。
Completing a high-quality action research requires more than just personal effort and intelligence, but more collective power and teamwork. The concept of teaching a new curriculum reform urgently need cooperation between teachers, teachers need to learn from each other, to explore and build cooperative disciplines. To create a cooperative subject group, we must base ourselves on the cultural construction of the subject group, which is the result of the accumulation or condensation of educational activities and research results of the subject group and subject group through years of experience, either consciously or unconsciously. And, once a stable discipline group culture is formed, it will have a huge boost to the development of each teacher who is in the discipline culture. On the other hand, the internal mechanism of the operation and development of disciplinary groups will also be formed accordingly, fundamentally guiding the course of the subject group. Therefore, this paper explores how to achieve the cultural transformation of the subject group from the perspective of the paradigm and puts forward the author’s suggestions and opinions on the construction of the cooperative subject group.
