患者,女,47岁。因高血压病间断服用脉通胶丸(上海延安制药厂、批号890517,每丸含烟酸25mg,下同)6个月。某日8时服1丸,约40～50分钟后全身热感、心悸、出汗伴胸骨后绞痛。静坐7～8分钟自行缓解。上述情况连续发作3次,方引起患者注意,来院就诊。心脏查体未见阳性体征,心电图检查正常。复习以往心电图2帖无异常。在严密监护下,令患者吞服脉通1丸,43分钟后上述症状复发,并伴面色苍白;心电图示STⅡ、Ⅲ、aVF水平下降1.5mm。 5分钟后症状、心电图相继恢复。讨论该例心绞痛发作与服用脉通显著相关,并经试验证实。脉通所含7种成分中,唯独烟酸有较强的周围血管扩张作用,其余 Patient, female, 47 years old.
