目的:建立替利定药物树脂复合物的含量测定方法。方法:建立了替利定药物树脂复合物的高效液相色谱法测定方法,同时采用紫外分光光度法比较研磨法和搅拌法作为药物树脂复合物解离方法的效果。结果:选择具有相对较高回收率的搅拌法作为测定替利定药物树脂复合物的前处理法,以高效液相色谱法测定含量。试验结果显示,浓度在0.005~5mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=7);低、中、高浓度平均回收率(n=3)分别为100.3%,100.0%,99.6%;RSD分别为0.16%,0.49%,0.38%。结论:本文以搅拌法进行前处理建立的替利定药物树脂复合物高效液相色谱法含量测定方法可行。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of content of drug for teicidin. Methods: The HPLC method was established for the determination of tiadine drug-resin complex, and the effect of dissociation method of drug-resin complex was compared by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The agitation method with relatively high recovery rate was selected as the pretreatment method for the determination of tiadine drug-resin complex, and the content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the linearity was good (r = 0.9998, n = 7) in the range of 0.005-5 mg.mL-1 and 100.3%, 100.0% 99.6%; RSD 0.16%, 0.49%, 0.38% respectively. CONCLUSION: The HPLC method for the determination of titide drug-resin complex established by pretreatment in this paper is feasible.
