某口腔专科医院物体表面丙肝病毒污染现状调查

目的了解口腔专科医院牙周病科诊室丙肝病毒污染现状,为有效预防和控制患者在口腔诊疗过程中交叉感染丙型肝炎提供科学依据。方法选取牙周病科诊室物体表面176个采样点,采用酶联免疫法检测环境物体表面中的抗-HCV,并观察记录检测结果。结果检测对象中,污染手套和痰盂中检出丙肝病毒,阳性检出率分别为7.14%和3.13,而牙椅灯把手、牙椅治疗台、防护面罩、洁牙手柄均未检出丙肝病毒。物体表面总体丙肝病毒阳性率1.70%。结论口腔专科医院牙周病科诊室环境物表可检测到丙肝病毒,切断传播途径是口腔诊疗过程中预防和控制交叉感染丙肝的关键措施。 Objective To understand the current situation of hepatitis C virus infection in the periodontal disease clinic in the oral specialty hospital and provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of hepatitis C infection in patients during oral treatment. Methods A total of 176 sampling points on the surface of periodontal disease clinic were selected. The anti-HCV in the surface of environmental objects was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the test results were observed and recorded. Results The positive detection rates of contaminated gloves and spittoon were 7.14% and 3.13, respectively. No detection of hepatitis C virus was found in dental chair handle, dental chair treatment table, protective mask and tooth cleaning handle. The overall positive rate of hepatitis C virus surface 1.70%. CONCLUSIONS: Hepatitis C virus can be detected in the environmental table of periodontal disease clinic in Oral Specialist Hospital. The cut-off route of transmission is the key measure to prevent and control cross-infection of hepatitis C during the oral diagnosis and treatment.
