在三部曲中,色彩是有灵魂的,色彩与角色的内在心理相互映射。三色不仅作为影调出现在影片中,更是一种重要的视角形象和象征元素,是贯穿影片不可或缺的有机组成部分。影片中的音乐与之相映成辉:《蓝》以交响曲为线索;《白》以探戈为特色;《红》则以波莱罗为核心。《三色》的主题是自由、平等、博爱,基氏对此做出了个体化的思考。《蓝》为爱而郁结,追问爱是否自由;《白》为爱而迷失,透露出爱的平等虚幻性;
In the trilogy, color is soul, and the inner psychology of color and character are mutually mapped.
