目的:探讨比索洛尔对原发性高血压病左室肥厚的逆转作用。方法:选择40例轻中度高血压病伴左室肥厚患者,口服比索洛尔24周,测量服药前后血压变化;通过超声心动图测量患者服药前后舒张末期室间隔厚度(LVST),舒张末期左室后壁厚度(LVPWT),左室舒张末内径(LVEDD),左心室质量指数(LVMI)。检测服药前后血清中Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ),胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-I),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化。结果:治疗后上述指标较治疗前明显减低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:比索洛尔能有效降低血压并逆转左室肥厚,其机制可能与抑制IGF-I、TNF-α的生成有关。
Objective: To investigate the reversal effect of bisoprolol on left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: Forty mild and moderate hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were selected and treated with bisoprolol orally for 24 weeks. The changes of blood pressure before and after taking medication were measured. The left ventricular end-diastolic thickness (LVST) Posterior wall thickness (LVPWT), left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVEDD) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI). Serum levels of type Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ), insulin-like growth factor (IGF-I) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were measured before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the above indicators were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Bisoprolol can effectively reduce blood pressure and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of IGF-I and TNF-α production.
