在核电建设的总成本中,设备费用约占47%-53%。核电设备,尤其是关键设备的质量能否满足技术要求,对于今后电站的运行、维护有着重要意义。核电设备的质量需要通过有效的质量管理方法来保证。质量见证作为核电设备质量过程控制的最重要的方式,能否进行有效的跟踪控制,对设备合同的顺利执行起着至关重要的作用。通过对核电设备采购部门质量计划管理中“质量见证点跟踪管理”方法展开论述,来探讨如何将精细化的管理理念和全员参与的管理行为融人核电质量管理中,希望在创新更加有效的核电质量管理方法上能给人以启发。“,”The total construction cost of a nuclear power plant, equipment procurement cost accounts for about 47%-53%.
