思想政治教育的文化价值是思想政治教育文化性、价值性和政治性三者的统一。在文化软实力已成为综合国力重要组成部分的国际背景之下,思想政治教育作为一种社会实践活动,在促进文化发展,提升文化软实力方面发挥了重要的文化价值。其价值主要表现为文化选择与导向,文化传承与融合,文化整合与渗透,以及文化创新与竞争。其文化价值的实现途径主要包括丰富思想政治教育文化内容,提高思想政治教育主体的文化素养,营造思想政治教育的文化氛围。
The cultural value of ideological and political education is the unity of the cultural, the valuable and the political in ideological and political education. Under the international background that cultural soft power has become an important part of comprehensive national strength, ideological and political education, as a kind of social practice, has played an important cultural value in promoting cultural development and enhancing cultural soft power. Its value is mainly manifested in cultural choice and orientation, cultural heritage and integration, cultural integration and infiltration, as well as cultural innovation and competition. The way to realize its cultural value mainly includes enriching the cultural contents of ideological and political education, improving the cultural accomplishment of the main body of ideological and political education and creating the cultural atmosphere of ideological and political education.
