通过纤维布加固木柱的轴心抗压试验,研究纤维布的种类(碳纤维、玻璃纤维)、粘贴胶体的种类、纤维布的裹贴方式、粘贴层数等参数对木柱强度的影响。分析了纤维布加固木柱的破坏特征、受力性能。试验结果表明,纤维横向约束能够提高木柱的抗压强度,纵向纤维布必须要有横向纤维布对它约束才能产生加固效果。理论分析并推导了横向、纵横向纤维布加固木柱的强度计算公式,计算结果与试验结果符合较好。
Through the axial compression test of the wood column reinforced with fiber cloth, the influence of the parameters of the fiber cloth (carbon fiber, glass fiber), the type of adhesive paste, the method of wrapping the fiber cloth, The failure characteristics and mechanical properties of fiber reinforced wood columns were analyzed. The test results show that the transverse restraint of fiber can improve the compressive strength of the wooden column, and the longitudinal fiber cloth must have the transverse fiber cloth to be restrained to produce the reinforcement effect. Theoretical analysis and deduced the transverse, vertical and horizontal fiber reinforced concrete column strength calculation formula, the calculated results are in good agreement with the test results.
