针对目前温室保温被机械卷放位置误差大、精度低、重复性差等问题,设计一种基于STC89C52单片机的温室卷被控制器。该卷被控制器具有手动/自动、定时、倒计时显示、遥控、卷放被微调等功能,采用计时定位原理和容错机制,巧妙地解决了温室卷被机误差大和自动控制精度高的矛盾,实现对温室环境的有效控制。实际应用效果表明,该控制器具有低成本、保安全、省力气的特点,可为温室大棚增产增收提供可靠保障。
Aiming at the problems such as large temperature error, low precision and poor repeatability of the machine in the greenhouse, a greenhouse controller based on the STC89C52 microcontroller is designed. The volume by the controller with manual / automatic, timing, countdown display, remote control, roll put fine-tuning and other functions, the use of time-positioning principle and fault tolerance mechanism, cleverly solved the greenhouse roll machine errors and automatic control of high precision contradictions, to achieve Effective control of the greenhouse environment. The practical application shows that the controller has the characteristics of low cost, safety and energy saving, and can provide reliable guarantee for increase of production and income of greenhouse.
