目的:建立毛萼香茶菜中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量测定方法并比较不同药用部位中2种成分的含量。方法:色谱柱:Hanbon Sci.&Tech.Lichrospher-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.5%醋酸铵溶液(84∶16);流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为210nm。结果:熊果酸、齐墩果酸分别在0.0126~0.1260 mg.mL-1和0.00904~0.0904 mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(n=6),平均回收率分别为98.08%和98.31%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,为毛萼香茶菜的质量评价提供了依据,不同药用部位茎和叶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量存在显著性差异。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Fructus Aurantii and compare the contents of two components in different medicinal sites. Method: Column: Hanbon Sci. & Tech. Lichrospher-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: methanol-0.5% ammonium acetate solution (84:16); flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1; detection wavelength: 210nm. Results: Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid had good linearity in the range of 0.0126-0.1260 mg.mL-1 and 0.00904-0.0904 mg.mL-1, respectively (n=6). The average recoveries were 98.08% and 98.31%, respectively. . Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It provides the basis for the quality evaluation of Amaranthus trifoliata. There are significant differences in the content of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in stems and leaves of different medicinal sites.
