新年伊始,克胜集团确立了2012年“改革促改变,转型促发展”的总体工作思路,已成为新年的战略方针,并构建以“一个绩效考核评价和应用机制”、一个薪酬福利激励体系和一个PDCA循环工作法“作为管理激励和保障机制的理论支撑。本文拟通过管理寓言,来剖析”绩效考核评价和应用机制“的制定应考虑的一些关键环节,旨在抛砖引玉,以期引起更多农化行业同仁的关注和思考,参与到我们的讨论中来,集思广益,为整个行业的发展献计献策。
