近年来,“呼死你”软件阴魂不散:失恋后用它骚扰前女友,网购给了差评用它逼迫买方改为好评,被领导批评后用它来报复上级……手段翻新,不一而足。2012年5月至9月间,东莞一唐姓律师就遭遇了这种可怕的骚扰—同一个号码每天不停地拨打他的手机,响一声之后就挂断。经统计,9天之内其共收到呼叫电话1.2万余次。唐律师尝试各种方法拦截无效后向移动公司求救,要求屏蔽该号码,但遭到拒绝。无奈之下,唐律师将移动公司告上法庭,要求其赔偿包括精神损害费在内的损失10万元。此案经过两审,2013年6月17日,东莞市中级人民法院维持了一审判决,驳回了唐律师的所有诉讼请求。
