福建省茶叶学会印发的《乌龙茶史话》、《中国茶叶》、《茶叶》1979年第四期发表“乌龙茶在先红茶在后”,“乌龙茶是红茶的始祖”。题目不同,内容不差;循读大作(以下简称乌史话),尚有不明之处,提出商榷。研究茶史:一要按照历史面目,忌用现在条件臆测当时的情况;二要实事求是地按照量质变化规律和茶类技术特点;三研究茶史不是消遣和欣赏,而是总结历史经验,剔糟粕取其精华,为现在发展生产服务。“当时的武夷岩茶就是乌龙茶”,“武夷岩茶是乌龙茶的始祖……”。《乌史话》作者把地名、茶名、茶类和俗称以及简名等同混称。名茶除茶树品种内在因素外,自然地理条
