随着国内高速铁路、高速公路以及近海建筑物建设的日益增加,长期循环荷载(交通荷载,波浪荷载)作用下粘土的动力性状越来越受到重视。然而,相对于短期循环荷载(如地震荷载)作用下砂土动力特性的研究,长期循环荷载作用下粘土动力特性的研究工作处于初级阶段。在总结了国内外粘土长期循环荷载试验的研究成果的基础上,根据长期循环荷载与短期循环荷载的不同,探讨了加载频率、加载类型、振幅与振次、排水条件、时间间隔等试验参数对粘土长期循环动力特性的影响。结论对长期循环荷载作用下粘土动力性质的试验研究与机理分析有一定的指导意义。
