目的分析住院药房药物咨询记录,以期为合理用药工作提供数据支持,进一步提高药学服务质量。方法对解放军总医院第一附属医院住院药房2016年全年共735份用药咨询记录进行回顾性分析。结果咨询者以医生和护士为主,医生占比57.41%,护士占比35.10%。从咨询问题的类型来看,合理用药相关问题数量最多,占比61.09%,药物基础信息相关的问题占比24.76%,药品供应保障相关的问题占比14.15%。结论内容全面、易于填写的咨询记录是药师积极填写的基础;住院药房药物咨询主要为临床医生与护士关于医嘱适宜性、用法用量、药品供应等问题,药师要不断丰富专业知识,以期为临床提供更实际的药学服务。
Objective To analyze the consultation records of inpatient pharmacies to provide data support for rational drug use and to further improve the quality of pharmacy services. Methods A retrospective analysis of 735 medication consultation records of the first affiliated hospital of the People’s Liberation Army General Hospital in 2016 was conducted. Results Consultants mainly doctors and nurses, doctors accounted for 57.41%, nurses accounted for 35.10%. Judging from the types of counseling questions, the number of rational drug use-related issues accounted for 61.09%, drug-related information accounted for 24.76% and drug supply-related issues accounted for 14.15%. Conclusions Comprehensive and easy-to-fill counseling records are the basis for active pharmacists to fill in; inpatient pharmacy drug counseling mainly for clinicians and nurses on the suitability of medical advice, dosage, drug supply and other issues, pharmacists to continue to enrich the professional knowledge, with a view to providing clinical More realistic pharmacy services.
