In 1997, our department introduced the HITACHI 7170A automatic biochemical analyzer manufactured by Hitachi, Japan. After more than two years of use, we encountered some problems that were raised here for reference by our fellow practitioners. 1 Intra-equipment communication is abnormal For a period of time, we frequently encounter instrument prompts: When communicating with the operation unit, abnormal communication (timed communication) is detected, and the instrument automatically stops and restarts.
