脱水式热暴露对大鼠应激器官重量和IgG、IL-2、IL-6的影响及枸杞多糖的干预作用

目的探讨脱水式热暴露对大鼠行为与应激器官重量的影响及枸杞多糖的干预作用。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、脱水式热暴露组及脱水式热暴露+枸杞多糖组。对照组置于室温(24℃)下正常饲养,脱水式热暴露组与脱水式热暴露+LBP组均置于温度为32℃的环境中。各组大鼠每日测量血压、心率及体重;经5周脱水式热暴露后,取脾脏、肝脏、心脏、胸腺、下丘脑、垂体等器官精确称重;检测血浆中IgG、IL-2及IL-6的含量。结果脱水式热暴露可以增加大鼠在第1周的体质量增值(P<0.05),第2周、3周、4周以及第5周时各组间大鼠体质量增值差异不明显(P>0.05)。脱水式热暴露组大鼠心率加快,收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压都明显升高(P<0.05);枸杞多糖干预组大鼠的收缩压明显升高(P<0.01),心率、舒张压和平均动脉压升高不明显(P>0.05);其中枸杞多糖干预组的平均动脉压与脱水式热暴露组相比明显下降(P<0.05)。脱水式热暴露可以明显增加脱水式热暴露组和枸杞多糖干预组大鼠脾脏、心脏、胸腺以及下丘脑的器官相对重量(P<0.05,P<0.01);脱水式热暴露组大鼠垂体的器官相对重量明显增高(P<0.01),枸杞多糖干预组大鼠垂体的器官相对重量增高不明显(P>0.05);枸杞多糖干预组大鼠胸腺、下丘脑和垂体的器官相对重量与脱水式热暴露组相比明显下降(P<0.05);脱水式热暴露对肝脏的器官相对重量则无影响(P>0.05)。热暴露后血浆中IgG、IL-2及IL-6含量并无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论脱水式热暴露会对机体产生损伤,而枸杞多糖对这种损伤有一定的缓解作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of dehydration heat exposure on the behavior of rats and the weight of stress organs and the intervention of LBP. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group, dehydrated heat exposure group and dehydrated heat exposure + LBP group. The control group was maintained at room temperature (24 ℃). The dehydrated heat exposure group and the dehydrated heat exposure + LBP group were placed in a temperature environment of 32 ℃. The blood pressure, heart rate and body weight of each group were measured daily. After 5 weeks dehydration heat exposure, the spleen, liver, heart, thymus, hypothalamus and pituitary gland were weighed accurately. The contents of IgG, IL-2 and IL-6 content. Results Dehydration heat exposure could increase body mass gain in the first week (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference in body weight gain between the groups at the second week, the third week, the fourth week and the fifth week (P > 0.05). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were significantly increased in the dehydrated heat exposure group (P <0.05). The systolic blood pressure was significantly increased in the LBP intervention group (P <0.01) Pressure and mean arterial pressure were not significantly increased (P> 0.05). The mean arterial pressure of LBP intervention group was significantly lower than that of dehydration heat exposure group (P <0.05). Dehydration heat exposure can significantly increase the relative organ weights of spleen, heart, thymus and hypothalamus in dehydrated heat exposure group and LBP intervention group (P <0.05, P <0.01); dehydration heat exposure group rats pituitary (P <0.01). The relative weight of the pituitary gland in LBP intervention group was not significantly increased (P> 0.05). Relative weights of organs in thymus, hypothalamus and pituitary gland of LBP intervention group were significantly lower than those in dehydrated (P <0.05). The dehydration heat exposure had no effect on the organ relative weight of the liver (P> 0.05). There was no significant change in plasma IgG, IL-2 and IL-6 levels after heat exposure (P> 0.05). Conclusion Dehydration heat exposure will damage the body, and LBP can alleviate the damage.
