在分析传统控制方法局限性的基础上 ,根据模糊逻辑控制的特点 ,结合火电厂生产过程的特殊性 ,分析了模糊逻辑控制应用于火电厂生产过程的可行性。针对热工过程中典型的控制对象 ,将模糊逻辑控制思想引入到温度和水位的控制 ,根据现场运行人员的知识和经验 ,制定模糊控制规则、选取模糊化及解模糊化的方法。并且利用Matlab中的工具箱进行了控制过程的仿真 ,仿真结果表明 ,模糊逻辑控制可以应用于火电生产过程。
Based on the analysis of the limitations of traditional control methods, the feasibility of fuzzy logic control applied to the thermal power plant production process is analyzed based on the characteristics of fuzzy logic control and the particularity of the thermal power plant production process. According to the typical control object in thermal process, fuzzy logic control is introduced into the control of temperature and water level. According to the knowledge and experience of on-site operators, the fuzzy control rules are formulated and the methods of fuzzy and defuzzification are selected. And the simulation of the control process is carried out by using the toolbox in Matlab. The simulation results show that the fuzzy logic control can be applied to the thermal power production process.
