本研究旨在深入了解白细胞精子症病人精浆可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)水平和精浆免疫抑制物(HSPIM)水平变化,并与正常生育组进行对比,结果发现白细胞精子症精浆中SIL-2R水平明显高于正常生育或非白细胞精子症的不育症对照组,而HSPIM却明显低于各对照组;同时SIL-2R水平和HSPIM水平之间为负相关关系。结果提示,白细胞精子症精浆SIL-2R水平升高时,男性生殖管道壁中淋巴细胞处于活化状态,它可能会引起白细胞大量进入粮液。另外HSPIM水平下降可能是引起淋巴细胞活化的原因或是它在减少IL-2R表达过程中被消耗所致。
The purpose of this study is to understand the level of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) and the level of seminal plasma immunosuppressant (HSPIM) in patients with leukocyte spermatozoa and to compare with normal fertility group. The results showed that leukocyte sperm The level of SIL-2R in the seminal plasma was significantly higher than that of the control group of infertility with normal or non-leukocyte spermatogenesis, while the HSPIM was significantly lower than that of the control group. Meanwhile, there was a negative correlation between the level of SIL-2R and the level of HSPIM. The results suggest that elevated levels of SIL-2R in leukocyte sperm seminal plasma lead to activation of lymphocytes in the wall of the male reproductive duct, which may cause large numbers of leukocytes to enter the liquid. In addition, a decrease in HSPIM levels may be responsible for lymphocyte activation or depletion of IL-2R during its depletion.
