采用PCR技术、小型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直电泳银染检测法,对169例云南汉族进行了D1S80位点的VNTR扩增片段长度多态性(Amp-FLP)分析,发现了18个等位基因,51种基因型,其分布符合Hardy-Wenberg定律.片断大小分布于400~750bp之间,基因频率为0.0030~0.2633.杂合度为87%,个人识别能力为0.9586,对9个家系的相关个体分析符合孟德尔定律.
A total of 169 alleles of Han population were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and silver polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with silver staining. The VNTR amplified fragment length polymorphism (Amp-FLP) analysis of D1S80 locus showed that 18 alleles , 51 genotypes, the distribution of which is in accordance with Hardy-Wenberg’s law. Fragment size distribution in 400 ~ 750bp between the gene frequency of 0.0030 ~ 0.2633. The heterozygosity was 87% and the personal identification ability was 0.9586. The related individuals in 9 pedigrees were in accordance with Mendel’s law.
