齿轮传动是采煤机械的主要传动方式 ,无论牵引部和截割部的传动均为单流齿轮传动 ,如何在不加大制造成本的情况下 ,改善齿轮传动特性 ,提高承载能力 ,是采煤机设计者的主要任务。通过对MG1 50B薄煤层采煤机牵引部齿轮传动设计中采用的无多余约束的传动型式的分析 ,并结合原理及使用情况 ,提出了新的观点。
Gear drive is the main driving mode of coal mining machinery. No matter whether the drive of the traction part and the cutting part are single-stream gear drive, how to improve the gear transmission characteristic and increase the carrying capacity without increasing the manufacturing cost, Machine designer’s main task. Based on the analysis of the transmission modes used in the gear drive design of MG1 50B coal winning machine traction unit and combining with the principle and application, a new viewpoint is put forward.
