一个试验台通常存在着系统误差和随机误差。反映系统误差大小的程度即所谓正确度。系统误差越小,正确度越高,测量结果就越接近真值。反映随机误差大小的程度称精密度。随机误差越大,离散程度越大,精密度越低。离散程度大,反映了测量结果不可靠。反映系统误差和随机误差等综合误差大小的程度,通常称为精度。本文就上述三个方面对机械电子部第五设计院与泰州潜水电泵厂共同研制的JWY-TZ潜水电泵试验台进行分析与计算。
A test bed usually has systematic errors and random errors. Reflect the extent of the size of the system error that the so-called correctness. The smaller the system error, the higher the accuracy, the closer the measurement results to the true value. Reflect the degree of random error, said the degree of precision. The greater the random error, the greater the degree of discretization, the lower the precision. Discrete large, reflecting the measurement results are not reliable. Reflects the systematic error and random error, the extent of the integrated error size, often referred to as accuracy. This article analyzes and calculates the JWY-TZ submersible pump test bench jointly developed by the Fifth Institute of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering and Taizhou Submersible Pump Factory on the above three aspects.
