饮食与文化密切相关,不同的民族缔造了不同的饮食文化,所以饮食文化具有浓郁的民族性和多样性的特点。中西文化差异造就了饮食文化的差异。本文着重分析了中西方在饮食观念、饮食内容和饮食方式等方面的跨文化差异,揭示了饮食文化差异来自中西方不同的思维方式和处世哲学,并阐明了随着跨文化交际的发展,中西饮食文化的交流、互补也会增多。
Food and culture are closely related to different ethnic groups to create a different food culture, so the food culture has a strong national characteristics and diversity. Differences between Chinese and Western cultures have created differences in food culture. This paper focuses on the analysis of the cross-cultural differences between Chinese and western countries in the aspects of diet concept, dietary content and dietary patterns, reveals that the differences in dietary culture come from different ways of thinking and philosophy of life in China and the West and clarifies that with the development of intercultural communication, Food culture exchanges, complementarity will increase.
