本文报道了在灿烂甲酚兰吸附修饰铂电极和在澳邻苯三酚红内层吸附、灿烂甲酚兰外层修饰铂电极上血红蛋白的电化学还原和氧化过程。首次发现并报道了修饰层中的澳邻苯三酚红能促进血红蛋白的不可逆电化学氧化过程。
In this paper, the electrochemical reduction and oxidation of hemoglobin on brilliant cresyl blue adsorbed platinum electrode and adsorbed on the inner layer of pyrogallol red and brilliant cresyl blue modified platinum electrode were reported. For the first time, it was reported that the pyrogallol red in the modified layer can promote the irreversible electrochemical oxidation of hemoglobin.
