11.型芯的偏移在大多数注塑模中都有芯型这种构件,例如在成形杯形件或箱形件的模具中就是这样。由于在熔料充填过程中型芯周围的流变条件各异,因而在型芯长度的各截面处存在压力差。当浇口位于型芯一侧时,这种效应就特别明显。因存在这种压力差,所以在充填时型芯会产生偏斜。这就是塑件偏心的主要原因,其结果将导致塑件超差和难以脱模。在冷却阶段,型芯的变形将回复。这种变形回复取决于工艺参数、材料特性和几何形状
11. Core Offset Core-like components are found in most injection molds, as is the case with molds for forming cups or boxes. Due to the varying rheological conditions around the core during the melt filling process, there is a pressure differential across each section of the core length. This effect is particularly noticeable when the gate is on the side of the core. Because of this pressure differential, the core will deflect during filling. This is the main reason for plastic parts eccentricity, the result will lead to poor plastic parts and mold release. During the cooling phase, the core deformation will be restored. This deformation response depends on the process parameters, material properties and geometry
