目的:分析和比较全程护理干预和常规胸外科护理干预下胸外科患者的康复效果。方法:随机将本院胸外科2014年2月至2016年1月收入的100例手术患者平均分为两组,常规护理组患者接受常规胸外科护理干预,全程护理组患者接受以患者为中心的全程护理干预,比较两组患者的呼吸功能恢复情况、拔管时间和出院时间、并发症的发生率、患者的满意程度。结果:全程护理组患者的呼吸功能恢复各项指标均显著优于常规护理组(P<0.05);全程护理组患者的拔管时间和出院时间均显著短于常规护理组(P<0.05);全程护理组患者的并发症总发生率为4.00%,常规护理组患者的并发症总发生率为20.00%,全程护理组患者的并发症总发生率显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05);全程护理组患者的满意程度显著优于常规护理组患者(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理干预对胸外科手术患者的康复具有促进意义,可以有效提高患者的呼吸功能,减少术后并发症的发生,提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值,是一种值得医院临床推广的合理的护理方式。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the effects of full-course nursing intervention and routine thoracotomy nursing intervention on thoracic surgery patients. Methods: A total of 100 surgical patients who were admitted to our department of thoracic surgery from February 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the routine care group underwent routine thoracic surgical intervention. Patients in the full care group were patient-centered Nursing intervention throughout the two groups were compared respiratory function recovery, extubation time and discharge time, the incidence of complications, patient satisfaction. Results: The indices of respiratory function recovery in the whole nursing group were significantly better than those in the routine nursing group (P <0.05). The extubation time and discharge time in the whole nursing group were significantly shorter than those in the routine nursing group (P <0.05). The overall complication rate was 4.00% in the whole nursing group and 20.00% in the general nursing group. The overall complication rate in the whole nursing group was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing group (P <0.05). Patients in the full care group were significantly more satisfied than those in the usual care group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients undergoing thoracic surgery, which can effectively improve the patient’s respiratory function, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve nursing satisfaction and have clinical value, which is worthy of clinical promotion Reasonable way of nursing.
